Anousha, Lead Speech Pathologist
Anousha is the founder of The Speech Avenue and holds a Master of Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Pre-Medicine) with Honours in Applied Medical Science.
Dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive environment, Anousha tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of every child and family. She works with clients of all ages, specialising in speech sound disorders, language delays, AAC (communication devices), social skills, and stuttering.
As a clinical leader, Anousha adopts a collaborative, supportive, and empowering approach. She is dedicated to mentoring clinicians and students, fostering a positive, growth-focused environment built on open communication, continuous learning, and high-quality, compassionate care.
Outside of the clinic, Anousha enjoys spending time with family, painting, and creating art.

Jaspreet, Senior Speech Pathologist
Jaspreet is one of our senior Speech Pathologists. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, majoring in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney. Jaspreet brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
She has a special interests in early intervention, preschool and school age language skills, bilingual therapy and literacy skills.
Outside of the therapy room, Jaspreet enjoys spending time with family, watching sunrises with iced coffee or matcha in hand, travelling, taking photos and all things home decor.
She has undergone further training and completed workshops to better support the needs of her families, including:

Vaneeta, Speech Pathologist
Vaneeta is a warm, bubbly, and passionate Speech Pathologist who brings an engaging approach to therapy. She holds a Master of Speech and Language Pathology and a background in Psychology and Speech, Hearing and Language Sciences from Macquarie University. She supports children and adolescents up to 18 years of age across a range of abilities.
Vaneeta has a strong interest in early language intervention and supporting school-aged children. She provides evidence-based therapy for language disorders, speech sound disorders, stuttering, social communication, and AAC, with a family-centred focus.
She has undergone further training and completed workshops to better support the needs of her families, including:

- Liberator AAC workshops
- Effective Treatment for Speech Sound Disorders in Children workshop
Outside of the clinic, Vaneeta enjoys cinema, reading, photography and snowboarding as activities, and spending time with family and friends.

Anuroop, Speech Pathologist
Anuroop is a friendly and passionate Speech Pathologist who brings a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. She completed her Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Technology Sydney and enjoys supporting clients of all ages and abilities.
Anuroop has a strong interest in school-aged language,
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), social communication skills, literacy, early language development, and working with both children and adults. She is committed to delivering individualised, evidence-based therapy that empowers clients and their families to achieve meaningful communication goals.
To further support the diverse needs of her clients and families, Anuroop has completed additional professional development, including training in Orofacial Myology and has attended the Cleft Palate Velopharyngeal Insufficiency Seminar - Children's Hospital Westmead 2026
Outside the therapy room, Anuroop enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, trying new cuisines, and staying active.

Harnoor is a warm, energetic, and passionate Speech Pathologist who brings a lively and engaging approach to therapy. She is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults across all stages of development and abilities.
Harnoor has a strong interest in early intervention, speech sound development, developmental delays, and language. She is committed to delivering individualised, evidence-based therapy that supports each person’s unique strengths, while empowering clients and their families to achieve meaningful communication goals.
She values celebrating individuality and embraces the diverse perspectives, experiences, and values each client brings. Harnoor believes in the power of communication to foster connection, independence, and confidence. She has attended the Cleft Palate Velopharyngeal Insufficiency Seminar - Children's Hospital Westmead 2026 and has completed Autism workshops online on Neurodiversity Affirming Approach & Pathological Demand Avoidance.

Meet Katrina, our third-year speech pathology student at Western Sydney University with a deep passion for communication. From a young age, Katrina has been fascinated by the power of language and its ability to connect people, inspire learning, and foster understanding. She is particularly passionate about teaching individuals new skills and helping them overcome challenges to improve their lives—whether it's achieving small milestones or making significant strides in their communication abilities.
Outside of her work, she enjoys going for walks, hikes, and spending time at the beach.
