Anousha is the founder of The Speech Avenue and holds a Master of Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Advanced Science with Honours in Applied Medical Science.
Dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive environment, Anousha tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of every child and family. She works with clients of all ages, specialising in speech sound disorders, language delays, AAC (communication devices), social skills, and stuttering. Anousha is also passionate about supporting adults recovering from brain injuries or strokes.
Outside the clinic, Anousha enjoys quality time with her family, painting, and creating art on canvas.

Jaspreet is one of our senior Speech Pathologists. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, majoring in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney. Jaspreet brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
She has a special interests in early intervention, preschool and school age language skills, bilingual therapy and literacy skills.
Outside of the therapy room, Jaspreet enjoys spending time with family, watching sunrises with iced coffee or matcha in hand, travelling, taking photos and all things home decor.

Anuroop is one of our friendly and passionate Speech Pathologists. She completed her Master of Speech Pathology at the University of Technology Sydney and brings a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, supporting clients of all ages and abilities.
Anuroop has a special interest in school-aged language, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), social communication skills, literacy, early language development, and working with both children and adults. She is dedicated to creating individualised, evidence-based therapy plans that empower clients and their families to achieve their communication goals.
Outside of the therapy room, Anuroop enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and keeping active.

Meet Bareen, our Speech Therapy Assistant and a third-year speech therapy student at the University of Sydney. With a warm and compassionate approach, Bareen is deeply passionate about supporting individuals at every stage of communication development.

Meet Katrina, our second-year speech pathology student at Western Sydney University with a deep passion for communication. From a young age, Katrina has been fascinated by the power of language and its ability to connect people, inspire learning, and foster understanding. She is particularly passionate about teaching individuals new skills and helping them overcome challenges to improve their lives—whether it's achieving small milestones or making significant strides in their communication abilities.
Outside of her work, she enjoys going for walks, hikes, and spending time at the beach.
Meet Najma, our Speech Therapy Assistant and a third-year Speech and Hearing Sciences student at Macquarie University. With a warm and empathetic approach, Najma is passionate about helping others communicate with confidence and strives to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
She is deeply committed to supporting and enhancing communication across all stages of development and ability, recognising the vital role communication plays in fostering connection and empowerment.
